Gevin is a Senior Associate at HPNC, specialising in dispute resolution, debt restructuring, and franchise matters. His dispute practice includes claims relating to breaches of contracts, torts and class actions. Gevin also assisted in various high-profile debt restructuring processes, both through the PKPU process and bilateral negotiations. He also has a keen interest in franchise matters and takes pride in assisting big retail businesses with their franchise arrangements in Indonesia.
